Concord Pakhar is a redevelopment project in the old city limits of Pune. The project envisaged demolition of an existing building of 12 apartments and construction of 18 new apartments of which 12 have been allotted to the existing owners. Started in November 2011 the building was ready for possession in less than 15 months from start of work

Concord Proxima, the first large project undertaken by the group was completed in 2006. The project consisted of 120 2, 2.5 and 3 BHKD Practical Homes. Concord Pushpak

Concord Pushpak, a project of 125 apartments was launched in May 2012. The project consists of 1 & 2 BHKD Apartments. The project holds the distinction of being the first project outside PMC limits to receive a 4 star ‘Eco Housing Certification’. It is a joint certification awarded by the Pune Municipal Corporation & Science & Technology Park, University of Pune. Substantial efforts were taken to make the project Eco Friendly by use of practices like rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment plant, waste treatment plant, solar water heating, soil protection etc.
