Concord Proxima, the first large project undertaken by the group was completed in 2006. The project consisted of 120 2, 2.5 and 3 BHKD Practical Homes. The concept of Practical Homes stressed on privacy (by having pause space in every flat), ventilation (apartments open on 3 sides) and flexibility (by providing varying bedroom and flat size options). A comprehensive list of amenities, lush green surroundings and multilevel parking have combined to provide a convenient, comfortable & complete experience for all residents
