Education & Early Career
Kapil holds a Master of Commerce degree from Pune University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, USA.
Before entering real estate, he gained strategic and operational experience at the world headquarters of Heinz Inc., where he developed a structured understanding of systems, accountability, and execution discipline.
This foundation continues to influence his approach to development — prioritising planning, measurable processes, and responsible delivery.

Transforming Construction Workforce Standards
The initiative:
As Convener of the National CREDAI Skilling Programme, Kapil spearheaded a Government of India-backed initiative to formalise and enhance workforce training standards in the construction sector.
- Developed structured national skilling frameworks
- Trained and certified over 30,000 workers in pilot phase
- Contributed to skilling more than 150,000 workers over 15 years
- Elevated construction quality, safety, and efficiency standards
His pioneering contribution was recognised with the Silver Medal by the Union Ministry of Urban Development.
