Skilling and Sports
As we build for customer and ourselves we believe in giving back to community. At Realty 7 we have directed our efforts to skilling and sports over the past 15 years
Skilling
The past two decades have witnessed an unprecedented boom in India’s real estate development. However, this rapid growth has not been matched by a parallel advancement in workforce skills. The industry continues to rely heavily on informal labour with poor access to formal training and skilling programs. This significant gap affects construction quality, safety, and efficiency. Addressing this through structured skill development is now critical for building a sustainable and world-class real estate sector in India.
CREDAI Pune’s Kushal was tasked by the National Skill Development Coporation of India, Ministry of Finance, to develop a workable model to upskill construction workers. Through this pilot project Kushal trained and certified 30000 construction workers whilst developing the content, framework and methodology for skilling construction workers. In the past 15 years, Kushal has skilled more than 150000 workers through various government funded, CSR funded and self funded programs.
In 2015 Kapil Trimal received the National E-Governance Award by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Greviances, Govt of India at the hand of Skill and Labour Minister Shri. Rajiv Pratap Rudy.
Since then he has devised numerous programs for the benefit of workers, engineers, staff members and developers to hone their skills. He has held the following posts
- CREAI Youth Wing – Jt Secretary 2013-15
- CREDAI Youth Wing Skill Convener – 2015-21
- CREDAI Pune Managing Committee Member – 2020-Current
- CREDAI National Skill Co-Convener – 2024-Current
